Australia vs India 4th Test Day 5 Match Report: India was 4 for 0 at the end of Day 4. They needed 324 runs more to win the game. But, Rohit Sharma was dismissed by Pat Cummins quite early. Shubman Gill and Cheteshwar Pujara added a 114 run stand. However, Shubman Gill misses out on his maiden century by just nine runs.
Cheteshwar Pujara played a cautious fifty. He played a bit slow. Because he didn’t want Australia to give any hope of coming back into this game, so, he kept on playing dot deliveries and scored 56 runs off 211 deliveries. Rishabh Pant was the best performer as he guides India to a three-wicket victory by scoring an unbeaten 89 runs. India won the series 2-1 against Aussies in Australia. India won the Border Gavaskar Trophy. Ajinkya Rahane and Washington Sundar also contributed with the twenties.
