India vs Australia Third T20: Indian fans today were expecting the squad to do a clean sweep of the T20 series. But, Australia makes a comeback and end India’s 11 matches unbeaten run in T20’s in the calendar year.

This was all due to the better performance of the Australian team. With this, they managed to end the series with a single win (2-1).

India had won the toss and had decided to bowl first. India bowled in an excellent way in the beginning and Washington Sundar was able to send Aaron Finch to the dugout on a duck. Things looked promising for the Indian team but then Matthew Wade and Glen Maxwell managed to play excellent innings. They scored 80 and 54 runs respectively. After Steven Smith got out in the tenth over, these two managed to propel Australia towards a big score of 186.

If we talk about the Indian bowling line up then Washington Sundar was today’s best Indian bowler who managed to take 2 wickets. The newcomer T. Natarajan again shone today and was the most economical Indian bowler as well. He took one wicket along with Shardul Thakur.

Fielding today was not up to the mark by the Indian side. Because a number of catches were dropped today. If we talk about the Indian batting then KL Rahul disappointed us today and managed to score no runs at all.

While skipper Virat Kohli managed to put up 85 runs on the scoreboard. Hardik Pandya today was looking forward to playing a promising inning. But, he got out by spinner Adam Zampa.

Had Pandya stayed not out till the end, the match result could have been quite different. He failed to play a match-winning innings today. Overall, the Indian side put up a brave fight. But, fortune was not on their side today.

Mitchell Swepson was the best bowler today who managed to take 3 wickets. He is the Player of the match for today. While Hardik Pandya receives the Man of the Series award.
