Kagiso Rabada has been ruled out of the upcoming ODI series against Australia and the ODI tour of India early next month and will be out of action for four weeks due to injury.
He sustained a groin strain during the T20I series against Australia. They have not yet named any replacement yet. He might be fully recovered before the Indian Premier League which will be held on March 29.
He went through scans and it indicates that the significant injury will take approximately four weeks to heal, which effectively rules him out of both the Australia and India ODI series.
Cricket South Africa Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Shuaib Manjra, said that The CSA medical staff will ensure his effective and expeditious recovery.
