Pakistan VS Zimbabwe 3rd T20 at the Rawalpindi stadium

Pakistan VS Zimbabwe 3rd T20

November 10, 2020: Pakistan VS Zimbabwe 3rd T20. A seven-wicket victory eased by Pakistan over Zimbabwe and presented its top form in both ODI and T20 Internationals.

Pakistan VS Zimbabwe 3rd T20 was not as exciting as the other. Due to its repetitive scores and chase almost felt like a carbon copy of the other two matches. No enthusiasm from Team Zimbabwe whereas optimistic Pakistan targeted a clean sweep against the team.

Although the 3rd T20 was a bit of a formality as Pakistan has already won the 3 match series at the earliest opportunity. But it was delightful to watch Usman Qadir whose 4 wickets in just 13 has shattered team Zimbabwe and ceased them to win even a single match of the T20I series.

The 3rd match of T20 Internationals could have been exciting if team Zimbabwe had put a little pressure and dragged the innings to a super over just like the last ODI win. These two consecutive losses manifest that Zimbabwean Team is in desperate need of improvement. Seems like Pakistan has always been dominant and will always play like a much superior team unless Zimbabwe keeps their mind straight.

Pakistan VS Zimbabwe 3rd T20 International Innings Highlights:

Chamu Chibhabha won the toss and decided to bat for the fifth time straight at the Rawalpindi stadium and the team was unable to create magic with their batting. Even the new batting order for the 3rdT20 didn’t do any wonders.

Imad Wasim knocked out Brendan Taylor at a dry run while with an exquisite outswinger. Haris Rauf who caught Craig Ervine’s hit. But we must claim that it was a one-man show. Qadir with his mesmerizing spell has demonstrated the potential he withholds. He took the crucial wicket of Zimbabwe Captain at 31. Thus breaking the momentum of Zimbabwe’s batsmen stopping them at a pathetic target of 130 runs.

Then and there the results have been predicted. An easy target that only the double half-century holder in the series Babar Azam can easily achieve. Despite the team, Zimbabwe was dreadful at creating pressure over the opponent’s batsmen.

Pakistan never gave Zimbabwe a breathing space but also they might be a bit disappointed they weren’t challenged at all!
