Quetta Gladiators won the toss and opted to bowl first

Islamabad United: Luke Ronchi, Colin Munro, Dawid Malan, Colin Ingram, Asif Ali, Shadab Khan, Faheem Ashraf, Amad Butt, Ahmed Safi Abdullah, Muhammad Musa, and Rumman Raees.
Luke Ronchi started the game with four and six in the first two balls but he got dismissed by Naseem Shah on 11 and he took the wicket of Dawid Malan in his next over. Colin Ingram played an unbeaten knock of 63 in just 40 balls. Shadab Khan also batted well as he achieved 39 in 25 deliveries. Naseem Shah and Tymal Mills picked a couple of wickets.
Jason Roy batted brilliantly as he gave a good start in the early part of the innings as he achieved 50 in just 38 balls. Sarfaraz also played a small cameo of 33 in 20 deliveries. Faheem Ashraf and Ahmed Safi Abdullah picked a couple of wickets.
Ben Cutting played an unbeaten knock of 17-ball 42 and guided team towards a victory against Islamabad United by five wickets and two balls to spare in their Pakistan Super League (PSL) game at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on 27th of February on Thursday.
He went in when 55 runs were needed off 29 balls and played good shorts and his shot selection was excellent and he took full responsibility and played till the end. He is awarded as Player of the match for his unbeaten 42 and he took one wicket as well.
