West Indian all-rounder is included in the T20 squad against Ireland
West Indian all-rounder Dwayne Bravo who was retired from international cricket but he has decided to come back into international cricket after some changes in their management and will play only T20’s for the side. He played his last T20 game for WI in 2016.
Their selector Roger Harper said that they need to improve their death bowling and Dwayne Bravo is the right person to boost the confidence of their young players and can share his experience with them so that they can also learn from him.
It will be good for the West Indian Cricket. He has bowled in the death overs for so long. In IPL as well, Ms always used him as a death bowler and has shown faith in him and Dwayne Bravo has always performed for them. Rovman Powell is back in the side. We believe that he is a very good all-rounder and can be handy in the last few overs. He has also performed well in the Super 50 Cup which earned him the spot in the side.
Fabian Allen and Keemo Paul will miss out due to injury. All-rounder Jason Holder has been rested as they need to give some break to him as he is their number one bowler in Test due to heavy workload in the last year. They will play their first match on 15th January in Grenada. West Indies will play their second game on 18th January in St Kitts. They will play the third match on 19th January in St Kitts.
